The Pony Express coach is a service to help children who need to get to the South-Western Cape and back to school at half-term and at the beginning/end of term.  The coach collects the girls from outside the front gates of DSG and the boys from The College Admin block. Prep and Junior DSG pupils also utilise the service.  The coach travels to Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, Wilderness and George and vice-versa.

A current parent, Yvonne Bailey, organises the service on a voluntary basis and payment is made direct to the Pony Express and any child is welcome to travel on the coach.   It is a safe, inexpensive way for them to travel.
