Sport for All Conference

Dear Colleague,

I wish to inform you that the above Conference, planned for 10 – 12th September in Grahamstown has, regrettably, had to be called off.

Unfortunately the registrations did not materialise sufficiently and the Organising Committee therefore took the difficult decision to cancel it. It is evident that the impact of the Soccer World Cup has proved to be disruptive to many schools and, although we received a great deal of interest, the number of registrations did not warrant going ahead.

To those who have registered we will, in due course, refund your registration fee. Kindly supply us with your school’s banking details. Where schools are able to transfer flights it would be appreciated. However, if you cannot use the flights, please also supply us with the cancellation fee amount for reimbursement.
